Q- What’s your cancellation policy ?
A- If you cancel without a 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay an extra $15 upon your next booking.
Q- Do my deposit go towards my style?
A- Yes, once your service is complete, I will deduct the $15 you paid in advance to book and you will need to pay the remaining balance
Q- If I need to cancel or reschedule, Will I get my deposit back?
A- ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you will be required to pay a new deposit to hold that new slot. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS
Q-What forms of payment do you accept?
A- Cash, cash app, online payment, and I also take visa, master, and discover
Q-What if I don’t see the times I need in my availability?
A- Text, call me, or send me a message with you preferred time and date and if I have an opening, I will manually book you
Q-Do you braid short hair?
A- Yes I braid short hair. I can grip hair starting at 2 inches. Please inquire about a consultation before booking
Q-How long will my hair usually last?
A- All StyleZ can last anywhere between 4-8 weeks depending on how well you can maintain your hair
Q- How should I wrap my hair at night?
A- With crochet, I recommend the 2 hand twist for curly hair and place a bonnet over it. With individuals and twist I recommend a durag to secure the edges and you can place a jumbo bonnet over it
Q-Do you take down hair?
A-ABSOLUTELY NOT, SORRY SUNFLOWERS
Q-Do you wash and blow dry?
Q-Does your styles come with hair?
A- No. you will consult before the appointment so I can let you know the appropriate amount of hair to get depending on your style. With Twist, you have the option to prepay for hair for an additional $35 that is due at the time of booking.
